di naman sila mahigpit kahit sa mga sub-standard na helmets, ayaw lang nila na my pintura at stickers, kahit ung Petron SAFE run sticker ko pinatangal...

*ung mga my ICC na from Manufacturer, no need na as advised po ni DTI personnel

-Along Shell gas station Real, Right side po ito going to Batangas from SM Calamba, Di na po kayo makakarating ng OverPass ng SLEX.

Ang gulo nga ng systema nila pafs, kakalito na din ung mga infos..

Isang maling sistema na naman....only in the philippines. May powerful pa ang ICC kumpara sa DOT, SNELL

eto naman ang ICC:
An IMPORT COMMODITY CLEARANCE is a document specifying compliance of imported products (products covered by mandatory standards) with applicable standards, as provided for by Republic Act 4109 and Department Administrative Order # 5, Series of 2001.

Requirements are as follows:
Filled-up application form - notarized and filed in three (3) copies
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Packing List
Certified True Copy of Import Entry
Invoice
DTI Business Registration Certificate / SEC Registration Certificate
Test Certificate (if needed)
Special Power of Attorney / Board Resolution (in cases where the ICC application is filed by persons with managerial / supervising capability connected with the company authorizing them to process said ICC application)

ICC has nothing to do with the Safety Standard per Helmet..

Kaninang hapon, nagpa-sama sakin ung mga old co-worker ko sa ST. Lahat sila naka-index, ung dalawa..walang bolt ung visor, pasado pa.

Ung isa may dalang cap, parang pagong lang..pinaringgan ko ung nag-iinspect, "pwede ba ung pagong? hindi na half-face yan, ah?!". Tumingin lang ung taga-DTI, sabay kabit ng sticker.

Sobrang gulo ng sistema.
